Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on https://wholemeltscarts.us are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States and worldwide.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or to restricted states/regions where vape or cannabis-related products are prohibited.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact your local carrier first.
  • We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages marked as “Delivered.”
  • For packages verified as lost by the carrier, contact us at sales@wholemeltscarts.us within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—orders already processed or shipped may not be editable.
